AGENDA
8 am: Morning Yoga practice
Moving through a set of yoga poses designed to prepare the body and mind for riding
Outcomes:
increasing body awareness and alignment
connecting body, breath, and mind in movement
strengthening and suppling areas of the body required for riding
9.15 am: Light breakfast
9.45 am: Yoga Philosophy workshop
Exploring the ancient wisdom of yoga through the yoga sutras and how it can be applied to our riding.
Outcomes:
improving your ability to notice thoughts and emotions arising
remaining centered, calm, and concentrated in our body and mind
dismantling the rider’s seat for better balance & connection with your horse
gaining clarity on individual challenges and exploring solutions
defining an implementation plan of the learnings
