Enhance your week with a slow flowing asana practice, strengthening and suppling the body in all the areas required for riding, whilst focussing the mind and ending with a short pranayama or meditation practice.
Beyond increasing awareness of the physical body and the strength and flexibility that you gain with yoga, yoga is also known to expand your awareness of habitual thought patterns, and how they affect you emotionally. The practice of yoga, on the mat, can help gain new insights and allow you to experience a new way of relating to yourself (physically, mentally and emotionally) that you can then take off the mat, applying the learnings in the saddle and daily life.
This yoga practice is suitable for all yoga and riding levels. Different options and modifications for poses will be shared to enable everyone to make the practice work for you!
