A nurturing Hatha yoga practice awaits you here after a busy day to wind down and relax, improving sleep and help to quieten a busy mind.
Our offerings include a slow flowing asana practice, followed by a longer guided meditation or relaxation, i.e. Yoga Nidra. This practice promotes deep rest and relaxation that isn’t found in the average meditation. The stages of body scan and breath awareness alone can calm the nervous system, leading to less stress and better health.
